the charming, en, suite room had a cozy window seat, fluffy towels in wicker baskets, and eco, friendly toiletries. the staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast choices excellent, and the traditional meals like liver and onions were a delightful surprise. the ambiance in the oak, beamed restaurant was relaxing and the Ploughman’s Platter at lunch was superb.

the staff at this characterful country pub were extremely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us for an evening meal, even though we hadn't booked a table. the room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. the breakfast served each morning was delicious and plentiful. the atmosphere at the Crown was splendid, and the food was home-cooked and tasty. I highly recommend this lovely traditional pub.

Spacious wheelchair-friendly room with handy handrails in bathroom. Pretty countryside location, perfect for a quiet break. Good breakfast service, with vegan options available. Clean and comfortable rooms with a shared lounge area. Lovely outdoor seating in large garden.

The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. the bar/restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere and the staff were friendly. the bedroom and ensuite bathroom exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and tidiness. the food and drinks were reasonably priced with a good choice of delicious options for breakfast, dinner, and tea. the outside area was well-maintained and there was a designated smoking area in the garden, which was a plus for us as smokers. the overall experience was better than we expected.

That the step into the bathroom was a little high. in the disabled access room, there was a strong stale/disinfectant smell and dustiness, which was not ideal for the amount paid for the room.

The location of the pub is ideal, situated in a lovely village and close to a good pub where you can enjoy a drink and some delicious food. The garden area provides a peaceful spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The room itself was nice and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and made check-in and check-out easy.

We had a delightful stay at Crown Inn. the atmosphere was nice and cosy, and our room was very comfortable. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the food was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed dining in the beautiful beer garden.

stayed here before in sturminster newton, but crown at marnhull exceeded expectations! loved the historical building, friendly staff, and delicious food. a perfect relaxing stay for a couple of nights.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, perfect for three adults. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were even two settees where we could relax in the evenings. The bathroom was fantastic, providing bath/shower gel and shampoo and conditioner. The hotel also went above and beyond by offering a wide selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, along with fresh milk and a carafe of water in the fridge. The daily replenishments of biscuits and clean cups and glasses were a thoughtful touch. The highlight of my stay had to be the breakfasts, which were absolutely incredible. The choices were extensive and the food was plentiful and always served hot. I have never had a better breakfast anywhere else.

Families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay should definitely consider this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and the facilities were top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was fabulous. I was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of tea and coffee available in the room throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast was delicious and served with a wide variety of options.
