The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially the breakfast team. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the service was great, even during busy times. The hotel allowed us to bring our anxious puppy and the staff were helpful and friendly towards him. The hotel was conveniently located near the ferry to Belfast, making it a perfect stopover location. The room was clean and reasonably priced, with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. The selection of teas was generous and the staff at breakfast were welcoming and friendly.

Secondly, the basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory. The rooms were clean and cozy, and despite some mismatched furniture, it added to the hotel's charm. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was absolutely delightful. The friendliest waitress made sure every guest felt welcome, and the food itself was delicious.
