We had a wonderful stay in a cozy and comfortable room with a charming view overlooking the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We enjoyed a relaxing sun-downer by the river and took advantage of the lovely surrounding river walks. The food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing, with generous portions and quick service. The overall atmosphere of the place was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home.

The creaky floorboards made it a bit challenging to move around quietly at night.

The owners, Barry and his wife, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The accommodation was comfortable and the evening menu was excellent - we especially loved the mixed grille. The sense of humor displayed by the owners added a delightful touch to our stay. The easy parking and quiet location made it an ideal spot for a romantic getaway. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family.

Located down the river, The Crown Lodge & Restaurant offers a peaceful escape from city life. The adjacent pub is convenient for grabbing a quick drink or a bite to eat. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with sinfully soft beds and a nice bathroom. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast selection is top-notch. There are also some nice touches, such as soft toy keyrings and complimentary teas/coffees.

The walls are a bit thin, and noise from neighboring rooms can be easily heard.
