I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the South Lakes region, with easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel itself was set in a charming small village, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. this place exceeded my expectations and provided an enhanced level of comfort and quality services.

Had an amazing Christmas stay! the staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the food was delicious, especially the steak and ale pie - a must-try! the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Lake District, with Sizergh nearby. the clean rooms and cozy dining area added to the delightful atmosphere.

The bathroom radiators made the room uncomfortably warm, and some bulbs were missing or not working. the noise from the bar speakers occasionally seeped into our room, which was a bit bothersome.

The Derby Arms was worth every penny. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The location was perfect for exploring the Lake District, and the staff treated us like family.

The cozy country pub is ideally located, just moments away from the stunning Lake District. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean, with a friendly landlady to greet you. The bar and dining areas are spacious, offering a variety of local ales to enjoy. The cooked breakfast is delicious, and the showers provide a refreshing start to the day.

There is a lack of napkins available during meal times.

The surrounding village provided a picturesque setting for evening strolls, and the nearby nature reserve was perfect for walks with our dog. The highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfasts served each morning.

The bed in room 5 was not only pretty and comfy, but it also gave us a great night's sleep. However, the bed frame was a tad squeaky, which was a minor annoyance.

we had a fantastic time celebrating in grange-over-sands and the derby arms was the perfect place to stay. the peaceful location, delicious homemade food, and friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. highly recommended!

No hot water in the morning.

The parking was easy and we had a nice view of the surrounding countryside. the staff were also very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the pub food, which was delicious and served in generous portions.

Unfortunately our room was quite noisy, with constant noise from the front door and loud noise from the bar below. the room itself was shabby in parts, with broken furniture and a moldy shower.
