Spot-on location, magnificent view, fabulous room arrangements, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and stylish rooms.

Almost perfect.

We had an amazing stay at the Distillery in a comfortable and stylish room. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location was perfect, right on Portobello Road and central to many parks. We loved being able to easily explore the market, shops, and nearby Electric Club. the view from our hotel window was absolutely magnificent on a bright day. the General Manager greeted us with warmth and our luggage was carried up to our room. the interesting room arrangements only added to our fabulous experience. We can't wait to return and stay again. We truly didn't want to leave.

I loved the funky and welcoming atmosphere at the hotel. The staff were superb and made my stay even better. The location was amazing, with a great view of the bustling Portobello Road. The room had a cool vibe, including some classic vinyls from Rough Trade. I would definitely stay here again.

The Distillery was a hidden gem in the heart of Portobello. The vintage decor and attention to detail in the rooms made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The record player added a unique touch, allowing me to relax and unwind with some great music. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home during my stay. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby parks and the bustling Portobello Road. I had a wonderful experience at The Distillery and would highly recommend it to others.

Review: Located near Ladbroke Grove tube station, this hotel is a great base for exploring London. The room was comfortable and the location felt safe, making it ideal for female travelers. Although the bathroom could have been cleaner, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The complimentary cocktails were a nice touch, and the in-house gin was amazing. However, the service charge on bar drinks was off-putting and could have been handled better. a decent stay for business travelers.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was central and close to all the festivities. the bathroom products provided were of high quality and the fresh milk was a nice touch. I also liked the record player and records that were available for use in the room.

The cleanliness of the room was also an issue with stains on the cushion cover and dirt on the bathroom walls and tiles. It would have been helpful if there was someone at reception to address these concerns.
