We recently stayed at The Dorset Resort for a family vacation and had an amazing time. The views from our chalet were breathtaking, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious living area and the abundance of rooms and bathrooms. With a large family, it was so nice to have enough space to comfortably gather together. The baby gate provided an extra level of safety for our little one, and the facilities were top-notch. We enjoyed easy access to local attractions and made great use of the sauna and log burner on rainy days. a peaceful and well-maintained place that exceeded our expectations.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The Dorset Resort was such a great value for the money! The chalet was huge and beautifully set right next to a woodland where we saw deer. The staff were so friendly and quickly resolved a minor maintenance issue. Location-wise, it was perfect for exploring Dorset and visiting Monkey World and the Tank Museum.

The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement.

The cottage we stayed in was beautiful and very comfortable. The bedroom was cozy and the living room was spacious. The cleanliness of the accommodation was also commendable.

the water in the shower suddenly turned cold, leaving us with no option but to shower in chilly temperatures. It took quite some time for the issue to be resolved, which was not ideal, especially for the kids.
