We had a wonderful stay at The Dragon Hotel in Montgomery. We were visiting for a few days to explore the area and enjoy the charming market town. The hotel is perfectly situated for this, with beautiful views of Montgomery Castle and the War Memorial. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food in the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Our room, especially Room 16 with its gorgeous bath, was spacious and comfortable. The hotel also had a nice pool, which was a bonus. a great experience.

Great staff and delicious food. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to popular tourist spots and had an ample free parking space. the swimming pool was an added bonus and well-maintained.

The mattress was really soft, and we woke up with backache. We also didn't appreciate the odor of disinfectant during breakfast.

The town it's located in is a historic market town with lots to explore. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and made us feel valued. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and serviced daily. The meals we had were delicious and well-presented. as longer-term business travelers, we found the hotel to be a perfect base for our stay.
