The location of the hotel is perfect for our needs. It is within easy walking distance of the Theatre Royal, where we enjoyed a fantastic show, as well as the picturesque Hoe. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided friendly and attentive service. The breakfast was delicious, cooked to perfection based on our requests. We also appreciated the extra pillows for added comfort. the hotel offered great facilities and advantages, with a lovely old building and impressive dining room.

Some noise from people on the street could be heard, but this is not something in the control of the hotel owners.

The room we were assigned did not have a window, which made it feel stuffy and airless. the lack of privacy from the tiny corridor "window" also made it uncomfortable.

The staff were extremely friendly and the service was excellent. The room was modern and well-equipped, complete with tea and coffee facilities, towels, and a hairdryer. The en-suite bathroom was spotless and came fully stocked with toiletries. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a range of options including fresh fruit, cereals, and a delicious cooked breakfast. it was a great value for money with a lovely view of the city.
