The Wellington Hotel Birmingham exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean and recently refurbished rooms. High standard of cleanliness in the bathroom. Comfortable beds and a nice continental breakfast. Great value for money and excellent location.

Nothing to fault.

The room was spotlessly clean with a lovely bathroom. Despite the warm weather, the heating was on and provided a comfortable temperature. I particularly appreciated the quietness at the back of the building. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our check-in process smooth and easy.

One thing that concerned me was the notice about being charged for damages. However, upon entering the room, I noticed a few minor issues such as writing on the table, scratches in the sink, and a small puncture in the wall.

Staff were great, bar was excellent. Room small but comfortable. Location close to city center with good restaurants, bars, and market nearby. Broken window was promptly addressed and discounted, room satisfactory. Easy access, helpful staff, nice-sized room and bathroom. Convenient for Birmingham Utilita Arena.

The Wellington Hotel Birmingham - Breakfast Included City Centre Near O2 Academy provided great value for money with a clean and comfy room. The location was fantastic, especially for attending events at the O2 Academy. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at The Wellington Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and warm. Despite the hotel's warning about potential noise from the bar downstairs, I didn't hear a thing. this hotel provided a 10/10 experience, and I would definitely come back again.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the convenient and central location of the hotel, which allowed me to easily explore the city on foot. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom.

The lack of proper heating and insulation meant that the room was quite cold and drafty, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there was no internet access and the water temperature in the shower was unpredictable, sometimes turning cold suddenly.

The value for money was excellent, with a clean and cool room. The location was great, near the O2 Academy, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the city centre and right across the road from the O2 Academy. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but they are clean and well-maintained, with good facilities like a nice shower. And the best part was having breakfast included, making it great value for money.
