The room at Earlham was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities like tea/coffee making and a fridge. The shower was spacious and the overall cleanliness was spotless. We had a lovely view of the RC Cathedral and the Plantation Garden. The staff were extremely friendly, allowing us to store our bags after checkout. Despite some minor issues like noise bleed and a missing back on the TV remote, our stay was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff at Earlham were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated being able to check in early and leave my car in the car park. The receptionist also provided helpful recommendations for places to visit in the city, which was perfect for our first time in town. The hotel's location, only 5 minutes from the city center, was very convenient.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at the Earlham Hotel! The front room with its massive bay windows was stunning and cozy. We appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities and the microwave for quick snacks. The ensuite was modern and spacious, with a large shower and a sink. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They even upgraded our room and offered useful directions for an important interview. The location was fabulous, close to the city center and all the amenities. A definite win!

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The location couldn't have been better, with several high-quality cafes just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, with a convenient kitchenette and a big enough fridge. The staff were friendly and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests. The free parking for guests was a great advantage for us.

It would have been even better if there were more hanging space in the room.

The Earlham Hotel was great value for money, exceeding my expectations. The room had a desk and kitchenette, perfect for reheating meals and making tea. The location was excellent, close to where I needed to be for work, and the staff were exceptionally nice.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better were more breakfast items available, like plates and bowls for cereal.

We arrived at the hotel to find it under renovation, but the manager quickly resolved the issue by transferring us to their newly refurbished sister hotel, the Cathedral Hotel. The staff at the Cathedral Hotel were exceptional, providing great hospitality and showing us to our room. They went above and beyond by personally delivering more towels and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The price for the room was fantastic, and we were extremely happy with our experience. The location of the hotel, next to the Plantation Garden, was a bonus and definitely worth a visit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly, and they even allowed me to use the carpark until midnight on the day of departure. The location was perfect, with a lovely park right next door. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the desk and kitchenette, which allowed me to reheat my food and make teas. The check-in process was easy and I was able to check in from 2pm, which was a bonus. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided great value for money.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and moved a lot, which affected my sleep. The lack of signage to find the hotel was frustrating, and the presence of several boxes in the hallways posed a safety concern.
