This boutique hotel is a real luxury escape from the noise and bustle of a city center. The location is great, just a 20-minute walk from the center. The rooms are large, clean, and feel luxurious. The hotel has excellent facilities, including safe onsite free parking. The décor is beautiful, and the twin showers and huge baths in the rooms are amazing. The staff go above and beyond with their customer service, even providing breakfast at 12 when we were late. The complimentary items and birthday chocolates added a personal touch and made us feel valued. A+ experience!

The beautiful bar area was perfect for enjoying a drink and unwinding after a long day. The outdoor seating area was a delightful spot to sit and soak up the sunshine. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities, such as ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities, were convenient and made me feel right at home.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town center, yet very close to Birmingham center. The three bars in this place were simply amazing. The stylish and friendly bar tenders served the most delicious cocktails. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. I loved the free-standing bath in the middle of the room, adding a touch of luxury. The bed was incredibly comfy and I had a great night's sleep. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They were attentive and made me feel valued as a guest. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The room amenities, including the ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities, were all top-notch. The hotel also had a flat-screen TV, telephone, and an electric kettle for added convenience. The dining bar/lounge area provided a cozy space to relax and enjoy a meal. my experience here was fantastic and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

In terms of improvements, the only suggestion I have is for the staff to have a uniform. The other staff members looked fantastic, neat, sharp, and professional, but there was one staff member who seemed a little rude.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with all the necessary amenities such as an ironing facility, heating, and a tea/coffee maker. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the flat-screen TV. The dining area had a cozy atmosphere, and the food was delicious, with great value for money. The staff, especially Sophie, were attentive and helpful. The hotel also had a beautiful leisure garden area, perfect for relaxation. Free Wi-Fi and parking were additional perks.

The only minor downside was that some staff members seemed a bit rude and untrained in hospitality. However, this issue was promptly addressed by the manager, who made arrangements for us and ensured our comfort.
