The hotel is conveniently located in a posh area opposite a pub where we had a delicious breakfast. It is also close to the Edgbaston Village tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a cozy bed. The staff were polite and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, and we had a great view from our room.

The hotel had ongoing building works, which caused some noise disturbance during our stay.

This boutique hotel is a real luxury escape from the noise and bustle of a city center. The location is great, just a 20-minute walk from the center. The rooms are large, clean, and feel luxurious. The hotel has excellent facilities, including safe onsite free parking. The décor is beautiful, and the twin showers and huge baths in the rooms are amazing. The staff go above and beyond with their customer service, even providing breakfast at 12 when we were late. The complimentary items and birthday chocolates added a personal touch and made us feel valued. A+ experience!

A hidden gem!

We stumbled upon this fantastic hotel in a leafy neighborhood, just a short distance from the city center. The recently opened property shone with its sparkling new interiors and stylish Art Deco decor. Our room was absolutely fabulous, with a luxurious bathroom featuring a monsoon shower and heated floors. The comfortable mattress and pillows ensured a restful night's sleep.

As young people, we loved the stylish and tastefully decorated rooms at Edgbaston House. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The cocktail bar had a lively atmosphere and the drinks were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The stylish and friendly bar tenders served the most delicious cocktails. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. I loved the free-standing bath in the middle of the room, adding a touch of luxury. The bed was incredibly comfy and I had a great night's sleep. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They were attentive and made me feel valued as a guest. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The room amenities, including the ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities, were all top-notch. The hotel also had a flat-screen TV, telephone, and an electric kettle for added convenience. The dining bar/lounge area provided a cozy space to relax and enjoy a meal. my experience here was fantastic and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

In terms of improvements, the only suggestion I have is for the staff to have a uniform. The other staff members looked fantastic, neat, sharp, and professional, but there was one staff member who seemed a little rude.

The room I stayed in lacked natural light, making it a bit gloomy and cramped. the price for the stay was a bit steep compared to other hotels in the area.
