We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Holyhead! The location couldn't be better, as it was right next to the ferry terminal, making it convenient for our trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating, lending us a network adapter and providing a flexible breakfast time. The food was delicious and freshly cooked.

I arrived late at night from Ireland and was warmly welcomed by Gail, who helped me with my bags and even made me a hot drink. the room was clean, comfortable, and had a private ensuite bathroom. the next morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast served by Kerry, which kept me satisfied throughout the day. the staff treated me like a long-lost relative and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would happily stay here again.
