We had a fantastic stay in a lovely place, just a short drive to Snetterton race circuit. The room was clean and well-furnished with all the necessary facilities. The ensuite bathroom was spacious and the hot shower was a delight after a long day of trekking. The owners were incredibly helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, providing us with plenty of energy for the day. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the sea.

We found the lack of hooks to hang up towels and coats a minor inconvenience.

our stay at the elms was even better than our previous visit to east harling. julia and alan were such welcoming hosts and their b&b is truly special. the full english breakfast they served was delicious and we loved exploring the area. can't wait to go back!

During my recent stay at a charming B&B in a delightful village, I experienced the warmest welcome and hospitality. The hosts, Julia and Alan, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the nearby town. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, with cozy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of options including vegetarian sausages. The separate B&B entrance and individual room keys provided a sense of privacy and freedom. The lounge/dining room was a pleasant space to relax and socialize.

Our room at Elms Bed & Breakfast was conveniently located near the zoo, and we loved being able to walk to the nearby co-op for any necessities. The breakfast options were great, especially the delicious vegetarian choice. We also enjoyed the unique charm of the building and the friendly staff.

One small issue was that our room was quite hot, despite trying to cool it down by leaving the window open. The noise from the fan we used as an alternative made it difficult to sleep.

We recently stayed at Elms Bed & Breakfast and had a wonderful experience. the location was ideal, as it was close to the zoo and within walking distance of a co-op where we could easily get everything we needed. the building had a quirky charm to it, and the staff were very friendly. the room was more than adequate for our needs, with a high standard of cleanliness and comfortable furnishings. The poor lighting in the hallways. Every time we switched on the lights, they would turn off automatically, leaving us in a poorly lit area.

Our room was lovely, and we even had access to a cozy lounge if we wanted some extra space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep.
