Spacious apartment with a homely feel and nice decor. the building was fully occupied but we couldn't hear any noise from other guests, which was great. Key location near the city centre, with the option to walk in 15 minutes. Parking on the property grounds and a child-friendly garden added to the convenience. the apartment had a modern boiler ensuring warmth, and the soundproofing kept outside noise at bay.

The beds lacked mattress covers and were stained, which made sleeping uncomfortable. the sheets and quilt covers were old and thin.

We had a fantastic stay at The Elms. The property was spacious enough for my whole family and the kids had plenty of room to move around. It felt like a home away from home with all the necessary facilities. The parking situation was convenient for our large car. Everything was clean and the heating kept us warm during our winter visit. our experience was great and we would definitely recommend The Elms to others.

We had a fantastic stay at Elms - Close To City Centre in Cardiff. the location was perfect, with amenities and a quiet atmosphere at night. the hosts were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even going out in bad weather to get us a bedside reading light. the property was comfortable and spacious, with a well-stocked kitchenette and a clean, large bathroom. We felt right at home with the thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge and provided tea and coffee. our experience was marvellous and the property exceeded our expectations.
