We chose this over a hotel due to the quiet location. The apartment is well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a great shower. Its proximity to transportation makes it convenient for catching early morning ferries. The apartment is warm and cosy, perfect for a comfortable stay. The shops and amenities in the area are easily accessible.

We recently stayed at The Fairways in Portsmouth for an overnight stay while walking the coast path. The place was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing us with everything we needed. We were pleased with our experience, so much so that we have already re-booked for our next stretch of walking. The flat is nice and spacious, with well-equipped kitchen and good-sized bedrooms. The location is great, being only a 10-minute walk from the beach and with a big Sainsbury's just around the corner. It was also ideal for the ferry terminal, making our travel arrangements very convenient.

The apartment had a dining area, which was great because who doesn't want to eat in style? The towels were available, and thank goodness for that, because who wants to dry off with a bathrobe?

It was such a pleasure to stay in an apartment where cleanliness was apparently optional. said no one ever.

We stayed at Fairways for 4 nights and it was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful coastal paths. The location was ideal, and the area felt safe. Having a washing machine in the property was a real bonus, and the fact that they allowed dogs was a big plus for us. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals, and the owner was very responsive to our messages. Definitely recommended!

We had a great stay at Fairways. the apartment was lovely, well-maintained, and located in a quiet area. We appreciated the easy access and the convenience of picking up and dropping off the key using the lock box outside. It was especially ideal during these times as it minimized face-to-face interactions. the kitchen and other facilities were great, allowing us to prepare our own meals and save time. the separate rooms and comfortable furniture made it a perfect place for working away from home.

Stayed at The Fairways for a short break with my partner and dog. The flat was spacious and perfect for our needs. Luke, our host, was always available to answer any questions we had. The kitchen and facilities were great, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. The flat was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Located in a quiet area, the spacious apartment is perfect for families with comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. The on-site parking is convenient, and there is a Tesco Express nearby for shopping. In case of any issues, the host Luke is always available to help. However, the apartment is a bit far from the seafront, which requires a car to get there.

The cleanliness of the apartment needs improvement, with dirty toilets, limescale in the sink and shower, and moldy grouting in the shower.
