The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location of the hotel was superb. I was treated to an excellent view of the river from my room, which made my stay even more memorable. the breakfast provided was delicious, and I appreciated the extra touches like the tea, coffee, and minibar. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The warm welcome and personalized service made me feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including an alarm clock, DAB radio, and minibar. The view of the river from my room was breathtaking, especially watching the boats go by. The evening meal was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my husband's preference for hot chocolate instead of tea or coffee. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. I had a wonderful experience at the Fleet Inn.

While the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, I understand that everyone has different preferences. Additionally, I would have appreciated a slightly larger selection of dishes on the evening meal menu.

My stay at The Fleet Inn was a delight. The stunning river setting truly justified the price I paid. The room was just as shown in the photos, and the toiletries were of great quality. The staff were accommodating and the meals were excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. Despite being a busy pub, it was surprisingly quiet at night.

Although the pillows were a bit flat for my personal preference, it didn't affect my overall comfort. There was also a temporary drain smell in the bathroom upon arrival, but it cleared up quickly.

Lovely riverside location with outside seating to enjoy the view, and a quiet atmosphere despite being close to motorways. Good food at the restaurant, especially the wood-fired pizzas, and enjoyable breakfast options. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was nicely decorated with a large comfy bed, large fluffy towels, and good wifi. Lots of parking available. The village location was also great, with another fantastic pub within walking distance.

There were a few issues during our stay. The shower had hot water initially but it quickly turned cold.

We were also delighted to find a mini bar with complimentary drinks. the room itself was gorgeous with a fabulous view, and we appreciated the nice touches like the double shower cubicle and the selection of hot drinks. the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of fruit juices and delicious options like the full English and the eggs Benedict. the Inn's waterfront location and surrounding scenery were an unexpected surprise, and the bar and restaurant area was comfortable with ample seating. it felt like a welcoming and heartwarming place, giving it a privately owned feel.

The pub was beautifully decorated, and my room was clean and comfortable. As bike riders, we absolutely loved the riverside location and the beautiful view at the inn. The setting right on the river Avon was perfect for us.

We felt very well looked after, with no reason to complain.
