We also enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, and we appreciated the free toiletries and hair dryer provided. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

The complimentary biscotti and jelly babies were a delightful touch, as well as the abundance of toiletries provided. However, what truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and the surprisingly quiet evening atmosphere, despite the location being above a pub. The proximity to the Hampton Court Palace event we attended was also ideal.

Spending Christmas at this cozy hotel was a wonderful experience. the staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the room was clean and comfortable, with a strong shower and great WiFi connection. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the town centre and with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Another advantage was the easy street parking, which made getting around hassle-free.

The noise from the bar downstairs was quite loud at times, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the room could have benefited from some extra lighting as it was a bit dimly lit in the evenings.

Great Hotel! Stayed here for the Hampton Court Palace Festival. The room was a bit small but comfy. Convenient location near the station. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pub below had delicious food and a good selection of drinks. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was hot. Loved the added touches like toiletries, tea/coffee, and bottled water. Flexible check-in/out times and own access door. a pleasant stay and would return.
