The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the food in the bar and restaurant was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed a lovely romantic dinner together. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it provided a great base to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy the natural beauty that was nearby.

That the room we were allocated was quite small and felt cramped due to the sloping beamed ceiling. the low double bed was a bit uncomfortable for us, as we usually prefer a larger bed.

As a lone female traveler, I felt very safe at the Fountain Inn. The staff were lovely, and the room was comfortable for one person. The historic photographs and mini-history exhibition on the walls were fascinating, and the staff were incredible. The location on the side of the hill was lovely, and the nearby bus stop made it easy to travel to Swansea.
