stayed in skegness last time, but fountaindale blew me away this time! amazing room with king size bed, hot shower, wine, and biscuits. breakfast set me up for the day. new owners Liz & Roy made it feel like home. perfect location near high street and seafront. would stay again without doubt!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything looked new and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable beds and a lovely little honesty fridge in the room. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet residential area yet only a quick walk to the promenade and the main shopping area. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices available. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The bed in our room was on the smaller side, which made it a bit uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. It would have been nicer to have a larger, more spacious bed to ensure a more restful experience.

The value for money at Fountaindale was excellent, and our room was cozy and clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town and beach. The staff treated us like family, so friendly and accommodating.

We really have nothing negative to say about our stay. Despite the hotel being a bit small, we knew beforehand and it was not an issue for us. The only slight downside was the lack of a lift, which could potentially be difficult for those with mobility issues. However, this would not stop us from returning in the future. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

Gemma & John's lovely B&B was newly refurbished and immaculately clean. The comfortable beds and the little honesty fridge were delightful. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the location was close to town yet quiet. Polite staff and a short walk to the seafront were added bonuses.
