The spacious rooms were ideal for our large family, offering stunning countryside views. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, serving delicious and generous meals. the location was perfect for a pitstop during our family road trip, providing a peaceful atmosphere and a welcoming pub setting. We felt truly at home and will definitely return for another memorable stay.

My recent stay was delightful! I was pleasantly surprised by the immaculate and newly decorated rooms, giving off a fresh vibe. Despite being close to a busy road, the atmosphere was serene, making it a peaceful getaway. the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel truly welcomed. the restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast was top, notch. I also enjoyed the beautiful view from the lounge area and the historic charm of the building.

I had a restless night as our room faced a busy road with loud traffic. Unfortunately, we couldn't sleep well due to the heat and noise, impacting our German Shepherd too. A little heads up on regulating room temperature and water would have been helpful. A cask ale selection on the bar would have been a nice touch. I'd recommend this hotel.

I was impressed with the user-friendly interface of the database, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed quickly. the variety of resources available was also a huge plus. The room I stayed in had a big comfy bed that provided a great night's sleep after a long day of work. Cons: the search function in the database was a bit slow at times, causing a slight delay in accessing certain information.

The accommodation had a charming garden and a lovely restaurant. I loved the free private parking; perfect for my extensive shoe collection. Plus, the terrace had fantastic views for my morning tea.

I felt like I was attending a concert in my room with the unruly bed orchestra.

Staff were fantastic, always attentive and accommodating. the food was top-notch, especially the fish and chips, a must-try! the convenient location makes it a perfect spot for walking enthusiasts. Plus, the rooms were impeccably clean with a plentiful supply of shower gels.

Rooms facing the main road may experience some noise, so light sleepers could benefit from bringing earplugs. the room temperature can get a bit warm, and regulating it may be a challenge.

Had a wonderful stay at Fox Hall Inn while on our way to Cairnryan. Chris and his team were welcoming, offering a choice of modern, clean rooms. the restaurant served delicious food with a lovely view. Dog-friendly with a designated dog-exercising field. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing special chicken treats for our furry friend!
