The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even accommodating our furry friend with a cozy bed and water bowl. the rooms were thoughtfully designed and every detail was taken care of, from the comfortable bed to the bonus espresso machine. We also appreciated the beautiful location, perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

We ended up ordering food at the bar, but had to wait over an hour and were not informed about the delay due to an event until we asked. However, these small hiccups were outweighed by the overall positive experience at the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is great, allowing you to easily explore the famous Cotswold villages like Burton-on-the-water, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bibury, and Burford which are all less than a 30-minute drive away. The hotel is situated in a beautiful setting with stunning gardens where you can relax and enjoy a drink or meal. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The service was top-notch, from the housekeeping to the restaurant staff, who were not only attentive but also very knowledgeable about the food and drink menu.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We decided to visit a recently refurbished restaurant and hotel in a beautiful countryside location. The drive there was a bit challenging without a car, but we managed to catch a taxi. The moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning garden area, where people were enjoying the outdoors. The room we stayed in was modern and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The service was exceptional, with staff who were attentive and remembered our names. The breakfast offered a wide array of choices and the food was exquisite. We also loved the beautiful views from the hotel.

Some parts of the room had broken facilities and the Wi-Fi signal was weak.

We stayed at Frogmill for our 40th wedding anniversary and it was truly an amazing experience. The room was stunning and quaint, with a beautiful carved wooden headboard and a very comfortable bed. The ensuite facilities were fabulous and the attention to detail in the room was exceptional. The patio area was absolutely stunning, with a variety of seating options and a central log burner that created a cozy atmosphere. The staff were warm, friendly, and approachable, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We had a superb evening meal at the restaurant, with the scallops being the best starter we have ever had. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the triple cooked chips were delicious. The bar was attractive and had a good selection of drinks. The games room on the first floor was a great addition. We would highly recommend a stay at Frogmill and are already planning to return for a Sunday roast. we had a truly fabulous experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The tasteful eclectic decor added a unique touch to the overall ambiance. The restaurant menu and food were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. I was impressed by the cleanliness of my room, which had a Nespresso machine for my convenience. The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were all so happy, positive, and excited about their work. Their excellent communication skills and 'can-do' attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.
