I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was ample storage space for all my luggage. The spa was an absolute delight, providing the perfect opportunity to unwind and relax. I particularly enjoyed the full English breakfast, which catered to both meat eaters and vegetarians. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel valued and cared for throughout my stay.

Our room was very cozy and clean, plus the staff were super friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights was the great complementary coffee and tea in the lobby that we enjoyed every morning. The hotel’s location was spot on, with many attractions and great food options within walking distance. One other thing we appreciated was the lovely swimming pool.

The prices were pretty steep and the breakfast didn't quite justify the cost. the decor and color scheme was a little drab and could use some updating to make the space feel more inviting.

The complimentary WiFi and afternoon tea in the "Canvas Room" were also delightful. The concierge went above and beyond to assist us in securing a table at a popular restaurant. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The luxurious amenities and service at this hotel were exceptional. The staff was friendly and eager to help, with Brian being particularly welcoming. The spa center offered a wide range of massages and treatments, including full body and foot massages, which were the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant and bar had an impressive selection of food and drinks, with special diet menus available upon request. The private facilities were exclusive and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.

The only minor issue we experienced was a large stain on the headboard of our bed, which seemed to have been overlooked during cleaning. However, this was only a small error in an otherwise immaculate room and did not detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.
