We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful lodge. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Paul, the friendly owner. The lodge itself was spotless and cozy, with all the amenities we needed, including tea, coffee, and even cleaning products. The flowers in a vase added a lovely touch to the already welcoming atmosphere. Paul was also incredibly helpful, providing us with lots of useful information about the surrounding area and great dining options. We couldn't have asked for a better experience as longer-term business travelers.

The cleanliness and warmth of the lodge were impressive, with plenty of hot water available. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for our needs. With plenty of windows, it was filled with fresh air and sunshine. the bed was incredibly comfortable, with good quality bed linen and pillows, ensuring a lovely night's sleep. the bathroom was well-appointed, with thick towels and a bath with a handheld shower fitting. the kitchen had everything I needed and more, including tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, and washing up liquid. the lodge also had a television and free Wi-Fi, which was excellent. the highlight was the stunningly beautiful and secure garden, complete with a meandering stream, pond, and water feature. There were two seating areas, one with a parasol and gas barbecue. My dog loved exploring and climbing around the garden. it was a fantastic stay and I will definitely book again.

I recently stayed at The Garden Lodge for a weekend getaway with my dog. The lodge itself is beautiful - modern, clean, and laid out perfectly. The garden is a delight with a small stream and pond, creating a peaceful and zen-like atmosphere. The owners were extremely welcoming and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. The local pub, only a minute away, was also dog-friendly and served delicious food. I loved the privacy of the lodge and would definitely stay again.
