the gardens room was even better than our previous stay in upton. everything, from the top-quality fixtures and bedding to the thoughtful extras like the fruit and biscuit basket, made us feel right at home. the hosts, mike and kathryn, were attentive and the continental breakfast was excellent.

We had an incredible stay at The Gardens Room. From the moment we arrived, Kathryn and Mike made us feel incredibly welcome. The accommodation was beautifully decorated with top-notch furnishings and plenty of thoughtful extras like a fruit and biscuit basket and a great selection of beverages. We opted for the breakfast, which was delivered by Kathryn on a beautifully presented tray. The shower in our suite was excellent, and we also enjoyed the terrace outside. we couldn't have asked for more.
