I recently stayed at The Gateway At Hest Bank for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and plenty of seating. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The breakfast each morning was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful Lancaster Canal for scenic walks. it was a delightful stay at a lovely B&B.

The location is ideal for beach lovers as it is very close to the shore and offers a long promenade along the waterfront. This allows guests to enjoy leisurely walks and stunning views of Morecombe Bay. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome and providing helpful suggestions for dinner options. The breakfast served in the morning is delicious, and the garden provides a beautiful setting to enjoy it in.

There was a slight issue with the shower in terms of height and angle adjustment, which may have caused some inconvenience for taller guests.

The Gateway At Hest Bank was exactly what we wanted. Excellent accommodation, lovely room and breakfast. Ample parking available. Friendly and helpful hosts. Convenient location.

My first ever B&B experience and I was pleasantly surprised by Gateway At Hest Bank. The hosts were exceptional, making me feel welcome and at home. The spacious and well-stocked room exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious and the host even went above and beyond to help with drying and folding my clothes. I will definitely be back in the future. a great place to stay!

the gateway at hest bank b&b exceeded our expectations during our recent stay in lancaster. the location was perfect - close to morecambe, yet quiet with free parking. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-stocked hospitality tray and a comfy bed. breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order. we even had a lovely outside space to relax in. highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing exceptional customer service. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bright ambiance and visually appealing patterns. The hotel's location in a surprisingly quiet area just outside of the city center was a definite plus. We also appreciated the underground parking lot, which was convenient for exploring the city center on foot.

The rooms at this hotel were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. the host, Angela, was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. the location of the hotel was ideal, being situated near a great pub and restaurant as well as a beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Gateway At Hest Bank Bed & Breakfast. The room was incredibly comfortable with a very cozy bed and a refreshing shower. The breakfast provided was plentiful, and we loved the added touch of having a jar of sweets in the room. The availability of multiple sockets and USB ports made it easy to charge our devices. Additionally, the tea and coffee facilities were great.

Despite the minor inconvenience of the room not being en suite, the shower room was just next door and had a very good shower. We found it a little unusual having to dress and take the room key to go to the bathroom, but it was manageable.

I recently stayed at the Gateway At Hest Bank B&B for a visit to Lancaster University. Our family was accommodated with a spacious and well-appointed room, where the kids had an extra bed set up just for them. The location was fabulous, with a quick stroll to the bay and a charming pub nearby. Our host Angela was incredibly welcoming, providing thoughtful touches like a jar of sweets and fresh milk in the room. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of choices. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.
