Had an amazing time at that cool quirky place by the sea with lovely attentive staff and a snug room, plus access to a sweet little bar. the beach access and garden area were perfect for chilling out and soaking up the sun before heading out exploring. the layout of the shared toilets was a bit funky, felt like I was playing a puzzle game figuring out which one to use, could do with a clearer setup for ease of use. 🌿.

Great value for money, cozy room, perfect location by the sea, and attentive staff. Cons: the breakfast experience could be improved with more variety.

Unique Decor and Charming Atmosphere

The unique decor of the rooms, filled with upcycled furniture and bespoke designs, created a truly charming atmosphere. the cozy pub downstairs and the lovely continental breakfast were delightful touches adding to the overall experience. the location, just a stone's throw away from the old town and the seafront, made exploring Margate easy and enjoyable. a wonderful stay marred only by a lack of ensuite bathrooms in all rooms.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly delightful. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always there when needed but never intrusive. the atmosphere in the bar and lounge area was warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a drink after a long day of exploring. the breakfast offered a pleasant surprise, with a lovely continental spread to start the day off right. the location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the seafront, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and visit local attractions like Turner Contemporary and the intriguing Shell Grotto.

One small downside was the lack of available sockets in the room for charging devices. Perhaps adding a few more outlets would make it more convenient.

The garden and terrace were the perfect spots for a cup of tea. I felt like royalty dining in the restaurant and bar.

Finding old socks behind the curtains was just the cherry on top of a perfect stay!

we had a beautiful stay at george & heart house, a stunning, artistic hotel. our room was sumptuously decorated, with a comfy bed and a luxurious shared bathroom. the atmosphere was warm, with a well-stocked residents bar and lovely staff. the location was perfect, close to the seafront and turner contemporary.

Small inconveniences like noisy floors and mislabeled milk bottles were outweighed by the overall unique experience.

The spacious rooms were perfect for the kids to run around, and the eclectic decor kept them entertained. the delicious food and stellar service made us feel right at home. A truly memorable family experience!

My wife says that for dads it would be great to have a designated play area for kids at the hotel.

Always return for holidays. Found lost earring, unforgettable staff. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, bar, dining area, restaurant. It's perfect for me.
