What a delightful stay at The Golden Lion! We were pleasantly surprised by the unique themed rooms, each with its own charm and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of food and prompt service. We enjoyed exploring the lovely town of Bridgnorth. Despite some noise from a neighboring establishment, the overall experience was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in the city. the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, from the receptionist to the brewery reps. the location was central which was really handy for us, and it had private car parking which is something we always look for. the room was bright, airy and very spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably.

Some minor flaws in shower and cleanliness. the shower was quite small and deteriorated in places.

We stayed at a hotel in a convenient location, close to the bustling High Street and market. The friendly staff served fantastic Ales, and we enjoyed the reserved parking space in their own grounds. The double room was clean, with a full shower and en-suite facilities, providing a comfortable stay.

The bedroom decor was outdated and impractical, resembling a cheap TV makeover. The uncomfortable mattress springs made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in a nice area in high town. The location was perfect, right in the centre of this city with shops, pubs and cafes all within minutes. The hotel had its own parking space, which was a big bonus. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The owner even made a special breakfast for our 1-year-old son, which was a lovely personal touch. The rooms were clean, quirky and modern, with the added bonus of a coffee machine. this hotel provided a great experience with its convenient location, friendly staff, and excellent facilities.

The breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety of cereals, fruit, pastries, and a full cooked breakfast option. The coffee machine behind the bar had a great selection. The location on the high street was perfect with plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants nearby. As a business traveler, I appreciated having access to a designated parking spot.

Great value for money, spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The location was charming with a storybook railway theme. The staff, especially Joan, were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hospitality and atmosphere made us feel like part of the local community. We would definitely recommend and stay again.
