The Golden Lion in Rochester was a great find! The location was perfect, right in the middle of town and close to the train station. The large garden area was a plus, and the draught beers were top-notch. We appreciated being able to choose what we wanted for breakfast and only paying for what we selected. My partner and I had a lovely romantic escape! the rooms were beautifully decorated and the walk-in shower was amazing.
