We stayed at the Golf Inn and had a fantastic experience. The property is centrally located and just a short walk from the Saint Andrews clubhouse. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They even invited us to join the caddies' celebration that happened to be on the night of our stay. The pub at the inn had a great crowd and the best prices. Our room was warm and cosy with a comfortable bed, and the large bathroom was spotless. We loved that the tea and coffee were restocked daily, and they even provided Tunnock's tea cakes. The Scottish breakfast included was very tasty, and the location was excellent, close to the sea and the main town.

Additionally, the breakfast includes a vegetarian option, albeit with some powdered egg.
