The Grainary Cottages provided a peaceful and relaxing stay for us. The location was beautiful, with plenty to do in the surrounding area such as visiting Scarborough or Playdale Farm. The rooms were a good size and kept clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was superb, with a good choice for everyone. We especially enjoyed seeing and feeding the animals on the farm.

There were some noise disturbances from other guests in adjoining rooms, which affected our sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at Grainary Cottages. The beautiful, large, bright, and airy cottage was homely yet stylish. Every convenience had been considered, from practical kitchen items like tin foil and a pan scrubber to luxurious touches like super comfy beds and tinted windows for daytime naps. The idyllic setting on a working farm added to the charm, with adorable animals to greet us and stunning walks to enjoy. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere made us already plan our return.

I had a wonderful stay at The Grainary Cottages in Scarborough. The cottage was like a home away from home, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring Scarborough, Whitby, and Robin Hood Bay. My kids especially loved being on a working farm and getting to interact with the donkeys, bunnies, and horses. The views from our room were stunning, and the outdoor furniture provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The food at the cottages was delicious, and we appreciated the friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite a few minor issues with the oven and mirror height in the bathroom, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. I would highly recommend The Grainary Cottages to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Scarborough.
