We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were huge and beautifully decorated. The hotel had great facilities, including a welcoming bar with reasonably priced drinks. The location was convenient, not far from the city center, and we enjoyed the breakfast with delicious poached eggs.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The owners were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had fresh milk every day for our tea and coffee. They even went out of their way to give us a larger room to accommodate our travel cot. the drinks at the bar were reasonably priced, making it a great spot to unwind in the evening. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to parking and a lovely veranda to enjoy the surroundings.

The hotel's upkeep left a lot to be desired. the decor was outdated and in need of attention, with broken bath paneling and windows.

Traveling along the north Norfolk coast, we had a delightful stay at The Grange. The hosts were warm and inviting, and little touches like fresh milk and an Easter egg in the room made it feel extra special. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a choice of porridge and fresh fruit, including mango and berries. Checked in quickly, offered extra tea/coffee and fresh milk. Comfy beds. Added an extra bed for us. Lovely breakfast with choice of porridge and fresh fruit. Easy checkout with a snack for the day. enjoyed our stay.

The staircase to the first floor is stunning, while the attic stairs may be challenging for some guests. It's a short distance from the town center and conveniently close to Sandringham, Hunstanton, and Fakenham. Complimentary in-room snacks are a generous touch.

The hotel was full of character, with a lovely old building and period features. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always there if needed. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options including a tasty full English. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Some areas of the hotel could do with some work, as is to be expected with older buildings. The lack of photos or descriptions of all the rooms can lead to disappointment when the room received doesn't match expectations.

during my recent stay in king's lynn, i had the pleasure of staying at a fabulous edwardian house with charming period trimmings. the spacious and clean rooms, ample parking, and great wifi were just the beginning. the highlight was the excellent cooked breakfast and the thoughtful gestures like chocolates and water for my onward journey. everything at the hotel was beyond my expectations.
