I had an amazing time staying at the Granite House in Newton Stewart. The owners really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with a thoughtful welcome pack including wine and treats for our dog. The house itself was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was also great to have an enclosed garden for our furry friend. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Dumfries and Galloway region, with hidden beaches and stunning forest walks just a short drive away. The local shop was convenient and well-stocked. I highly recommend the Granite House for a fantastic stay in the area.

Spent the weekend at a lovely house. The owners really thought of everything, providing milk, wine, and a dog pack. The house was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfy. The enclosed garden was great for our dog. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of beaches and forest walks nearby.

The dining table was too small for more than 3 people. The beds were too firm for our liking.
