The location of this place is fantastic, right in the center of town with sufficient parking available. The staff here are very friendly and did their best to accommodate every request. The rooms are well-equipped with ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms is a great added bonus. The restaurant is excellent, offering delicious food and a great atmosphere.

The breakfast here is lovely, and they even offer an in-room breakfast option. It would be a great place for families to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was the biggest plus for me, as it was very close to the city center and there were bus stops and good restaurants nearby. It was also within walkable distance from the historical city center. Additionally, I appreciated that the staff was very efficient and friendly. They had my apartment ready before the check-in time, which was a great surprise. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was spacious. Despite being on a main road, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't noisy at night. The double-glazing worked perfectly.

Room was spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and helpful whenever needed. the location was convenient, right near the shops and theatre.

The bathroom had a strong smell of damp, with mould visible in some areas. the room was quite grubby, with stained bedding and a general feeling of unkemptness.

We had a pleasant one night stay at a hotel in a convenient location with great transport links. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a little small. The service provided by the staff was welcoming and helpful. The continental breakfast offered a good selection, and we appreciated the added touch of biscuits and bottled water in the rooms. Families will appreciate the safe car park at the rear of the hotel.

The rooms can become quite hot and stuffy, making it difficult to keep the windows closed with noise from people chatting and smoking outside.

The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to get to the bus stop for the city center and attend the family wedding I was in the area for. I recently stayed at The Green Room for a weekend trip to Cornwall. The staff were incredibly helpful and the owners were friendly and easy to talk to. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I appreciated how they made an effort to accommodate our group and seat us together. it was a great stay and I will definitely be using this hotel again on my next trip.
