our recent stay in cheltenham was fantastic, but this time at the greenway surpassed all expectations. the staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and recently refurbished, and the food was absolutely delicious. we especially loved the spa and pool, perfect for a relaxing treat. highly recommended.

The grounds and setting were stunning, with beautiful gardens and a sense of relaxed luxury. the combination of old and new in the interior design was impressive. the spa staff were friendly and the spa facilities, including the hot tub and pool, were great for relaxation.

The room we stayed in was exceptionally small and had a disappointing view. the restaurant meal was a letdown, with long waiting times and small portion sizes.

I had a truly relaxing stay at The Greenway Hotel & Spa. The service was exceptional, with every staff member being friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, and the afternoon tea in the garden overlooking the pond was a beautiful experience. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious roll top bath. The grounds were stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful break in a lovely location with exceptional service.

The bar, lounge, and restaurant offer a warm and inviting atmosphere, with delicious food and an impressive wine selection. The spa, although basic, does offer a fantastic outdoor Jacuzzi for relaxation. The room itself was well-equipped and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
