We had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel. the room was spotless, and the amenities were great. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having pots of instant porridge oats in the room for breakfast. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant attached to the hotel served excellent food. the location was also ideal, with easy access to both Brighton and Seaford. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Guests are treated to a complimentary breakfast with options like porridge and tea/coffee. The rooms also offer fantastic views and some even have breakfast goodies waiting.

One minor drawback is the potential noise from the busy road outside, which may disturb light sleepers.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those traveling on a ferry from Newhaven. It is conveniently close to the cliffs with a stunning seaview, making it a great spot to relax and unwind. it is easy to reach after a late ferry, as it is only a short 5-minute drive along the main road. The rooms are comfortable, with large beds and complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel at home.

The noise from the busy road can be quite loud when the windows are open, especially due to excessively loud motorbikes passing by.

I was pleasantly surprised to find juice boxes and porridge sachets with bowls in the fridge, a kind and considerate touch. The bedside lamps with USB chargers were a genius addition, making it convenient to charge my devices. The presence of CCTV cameras outside the door also added to a sense of security. I especially appreciated the ironing board and iron available for general use in the hallway. The compact bathroom was well-organized and immaculately clean, with a cleverly placed bathmat. The guest book provided useful information for out-of-town travelers like myself.

I recently stayed at The Greenwich Rooms in Peacehaven for a few nights while visiting Brighton. The price was a real draw as it was much cheaper than staying in Brighton itself. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and had great facilities, including a mini fridge with complimentary juice, tea, coffee, biscuits. The location was perfect, with convenient parking and easy access to both Brighton and Seaford.
