The hotel's wind-swept location by the bay and walking distance to the city center and castle were fantastic. the staff went above and beyond to make my New Year's stay special, with personalized touches and a delicious breakfast with plenty of options.

Parking could be a hassle, sometimes needing to find a spot along the street. noise from water pipes and a soft bed might affect light sleepers.

the hosts were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing valuable information about parking and local permits. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing juice and hot chocolate for my children in addition to the usual tea and coffee amenities. the location on top of the hill was convenient, making it easy to explore all the main attractions around the area.

The breakfast room was a treasure trove of delights, much like diving into a coral reef of gastronomic wonders! With a symphony of flavors, the tasty spread was like exploring the depths of the Barrier Reef but with pancakes and bacon instead of fish and corals.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. the staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. the breakfast was simply amazing, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. the location is superb, close to all tourist attractions and on the seafront, offering stunning views. the honesty bar was a unique touch, allowing guests to relax and enjoy a drink while admiring the beautiful surroundings. the cleanliness and decor of the hotel were top-notch, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

The only downside we encountered was the limited availability of parking spaces, which could be a bit challenging during peak times. It would be beneficial if the hotel could provide more guidance or assistance in securing a parking spot.

The shower could be more powerful and quicker to heat up.
