Staying in the heart of town was fab - shopping and sightseeing, perfect for my Instagram!

The Roman Baths were a stone's throw away, felt like a time-traveling posh lady. Cons: Mildew scent in the room was just the cherry on top of my posh experience.

The Griffin was a lovely place to stay in Bath. The central location above a pub may lead to some road noise, but the welcoming staff, comfortable rooms with character, and convenient facilities more than made up for it. The only minor downside was the chilly mornings in the room.

we found Griffin Inn to be perfect for our needs, with a warm and welcoming pub downstairs and exceptionally kind staff. the location is central yet slightly removed from commotion, striking a great balance. our room had everything we needed, including an extra comfy bed. the manager, Rycroft, was lovely and made us feel right at home immediately, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
