We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were top-notch, from the cozy bedding to the complimentary tea and coffee facilities. We especially enjoyed the spacious sitting area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast provided was delicious and served in a charming dining bar/lounge area. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and an on-site car park for added convenience.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome! the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us a much-needed cup of tea upon arrival. Our room was fantastic, with a spacious and comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. the ensuite bathroom, although small, was spotlessly clean. We loved that the ingredients were locally sourced and there were informative chalk boards with details about them. the location was perfect, with the beach and town within easy reach. We wished we could have stayed longer to explore more of the area.

Honestly, we couldn't find anything to fault about our stay at this hotel. We wish we could have extended our weekend getaway and enjoyed more of the wonderful experience.

We had an amazing stay at a guest house in Bude. the location was perfect, with beautiful views and just a short walk to the beach. the hosts, Lizzie and Steve, were friendly and incredibly helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local amenities. the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay so much that we extended it and are already planning to come back in the future. the Grosvenor Guest House was everything we hoped for and more.

Very friendly owners, allowed early check-in, lovely sea view room, immaculate and comfy, great shower, superb Cornish breakfast.

The location couldn't be better, as the hotel is right next to the beach. We were able to enjoy stunning sunsets just a few minutes away in the nearby park. The room was lovely, immaculately clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and we felt well taken care of during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. we had a fantastic experience at this seaside hotel.

One small downside was that the ensuite in the budget double room was a bit cramped for my broad-shouldered husband, but it was not a major issue.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, who offered us a refreshing beverage while we settled in. the location was perfect as it had beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. the rooms were modern and well furnished, with a comfortable bed that provided much-needed rest after a long day. the breakfast was delicious and used locally sourced ingredients.

The bathrooms were quite small which made it difficult to navigate and there were some issues with the hairdryer cords being too short. While the furnishings were attractive, some rooms were beginning to show signs of wear and tear which detracted from the overall experience.

the hotel's location overlooking the beach was perfect for enjoying the beautiful views. the modernization work done so far has given the place a light and contemporary atmosphere. the staff, especially the owners Will and Helen, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made an effort to get to know each guest individually. the breakfast served was excellent, with a great variety of options. I would highly recommend Grosvenor Guest House and will definitely return in the future.
