Lovely location, good food, extensive wine list. The hotel is situated in its own beautiful grounds in a quiet residential area, so relaxing, especially when the neighbors start their drill at 7am.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was very impressed. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the attention to detail throughout my stay. The location was ideal for me as it allowed easy visits to my relatives nearby, and there was a comfortable atmosphere with a pleasant seating area for pre-meal drinks. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were of high quality, and the rooms themselves were beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast in the morning was also a highlight, with a delicious spread that included all the traditional favorites. Furthermore, I was pleased to learn that the hotel offers complimentary snacks and drinks, which added an extra level of convenience and value to my stay.

My Easter stay at the hotel was amazing. The hotel room was spacious with a clean modern bathroom. The best parts were the complimentary snacks and bottled water provided every morning along with a comfortable bed that provided a good night’s sleep after a fun-filled day enjoying local attractions. the hotel was in close proximity to the theaters and restaurants in the area making it the perfect location to explore.

I had a minor issue during my stay. The room was located on the higher floor and it was quite a climb up the stairs.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant in Wallasey town hall and I must say, the experience was outstanding. On both occasions, the food was prepared and cooked to perfection, with a delicious variety of meats and plenty of fresh vegetables. The service was friendly and professional, and the staff were smartly dressed. The lounge area provided a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy coffee and mints. The location itself was clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and ample storage space. The hotel also provided thoughtful amenities such as electric fans for the summer heat.

There was an issue with smoke smell in one of the rooms, which suggests a possible violation of the hotel's no smoking policy. This experience left me disappointed and questioning the hotel's attention to detail.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities provided at this hotel. The parking was safe and convenient, and the location was ideal for visiting relatives nearby. Carl, who looked after us in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, provided excellent service, making our dining experience enjoyable.

Guests can easily access the metro rail, with just a 5-minute walk to reach Liverpool in a short 17 minutes. the hotel provides a free car park at the rear, perfect for those traveling by car. The spacious rooms offer a comfortable stay, complete with big, comfortable beds and modern shower rooms. Guests can also enjoy complimentary snacks, such as chocolate bars and chips, adding a thoughtful touch to their stay.

The hotel could improve the maintenance of their shower cubicles, as some guests have experienced issues with clogged drains resulting in water build-up.
