We loved the family-friendly room with a bunk bed, providing privacy and comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location near the beach was a plus.

The location of the hotel was great, being very close to the seaside and bus stops. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower room was a fair size and had enough room to towel yourself inside. The breakfast had a good choice and was really good. The hosts were excellent, providing exceptional service and nothing was too much trouble.

The parking was a little difficult and the nearby Pay&Display didn't feel safe enough. It took some time to find a spot in the free parking area.

It would have been nice to have a better view. there were some boxes and clutter in the hallways and outside, which could have been tidied up to improve the overall appearance.

stayed in broadstairs before but the guest house exceeded my expectations! friendly hosts, clean and comfy room, tasty breakfast, and secure storage for bags after checkout. loved it!

We got great value for our money at the Guest House. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient, just a few steps away from the beach and town centre. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if there were more vegetarian options available.

The breakfast provided was delicious and filled us up for the day. we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, location, and the hospitality of the staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this guest house in an excellent location for the Dickens Festival, restaurants, and the beach. the room was spacious with plenty of storage for my belongings. the bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep. the hosts were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing fans during the exceptionally hot weather. the cooked breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the variety of options available. a great experience at this lovely guest house.
