We had a wonderful stay at Haven Villa in the Lake District. The location was absolutely perfect, surrounded by stunning views and a beautiful woodland trail right at our doorstep. The cottage itself had plenty of space for our family, and it was clean, cosy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bedroom, lounge area, and kitchen were all lovely, and we enjoyed coming back to relax in the evening. The peacefulness of the area was a delight, and having a supermarket close by made things even more convenient. We were even greeted with a thoughtful tub of chocolates for my husband's birthday, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

We recently stayed at a charming cottage nestled in the heart of the stunning Lake District. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from the bustling streets of the town center. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. We were impressed by the breathtaking views of the hills and the peaceful surroundings. The well-equipped kitchen and the welcoming hamper were lovely touches. We enjoyed the convenience of having WiFi, games, and DVDs available. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the signposting to the property could be improved.

Wonderful property ideally located to access Whinlatter Forest and the fells beyond. Beautifully appointed with books and guides for the area along with games and DVDs for relaxation. Cottage is warm with a great hot shower which is perfect after a wintery day on the fells. Fantastic views and peaceful location. Clean and tidy, with all required facilities. Starts from the village and a few miles away from Keswick. Cookies and milk on arrival, well-equipped kitchen, towels on each bed, and a nice garden. Fabulously comfortable beds, great shower, breathtaking view from upstairs window, and great location for visiting different places.

The hotel had everything I needed, with well-equipped rooms and a lovely garden. The location was perfect for exploring different areas, and the views from the windows were amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the little touches like cookies and milk on arrival made me feel at home. The hotel also provided tea and coffee, along with towels and tea towels. a great stay.

The Haven in Keswick offered exceptional facilities and amenities, perfect for a solo traveler. The property was warm, comfortable, and super clean, with lovely furnishings and very comfy beds. It had everything you would need and more, including thoughtful touches like information maps and books on the Lakes district. The property also provided great value for money and had fantastic speedy wifi.

Mr James, our host, was incredibly friendly and responsive to our needs. the level of cleanliness was outstanding, and we were impressed by the attention to detail, from the welcome hamper to the fresh milk in the fridge. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was great. We also enjoyed the breathtaking view from the upstairs window. highly recommended.

We recently stayed at the charming Haven Villa in Keswick and had a wonderful experience. The location was peaceful, perfect for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed walking through the Whinlatter forest to Braithwaite and then doing a circuit of the stunning Derwentwater. The 18-mile round trip was definitely worth it, with lots of opportunities to stop at pubs along the way. The villa itself was beautifully updated while still retaining its charm. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed by how cozy and inviting it felt, and the lovely fresh scent throughout. Highly recommend it for a lakeside retreat.
