The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the owner was friendly and helpful. The value for money was great, and the building itself was beautiful. The location was convenient, being close to the town center and train station. a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful Christmas at this cozy getaway! The room was very comfortable and clean, complete with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect – close to the marina and university campus, with easy access to High Street and historic buildings. The breakfast was amazing – a full English cooked to order and served by a friendly and professional waitress. We also appreciated the convenient on-site parking.

The parking at the rear of the hotel was a bit tight and challenging to maneuver, especially with larger vehicles. the hotel's location on a busy road made it somewhat noisy during peak hours, but this did not detract significantly from our overall experience.

The Hollies Guest House is ideally located near the town center, making it convenient to explore all the attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and beautiful decor. The friendly staff provides excellent service, catering to your every need. The breakfast is delicious and filling, cooked to order and served by attentive waitresses. Plus, the free off-road parking adds to the convenience.

Some rooms may experience slight traffic noise due to the proximity to a busy road.

The owner was super friendly and helpful, giving me all the info I needed without me even asking! The room was jaw-droppingly huge and beautifully decorated. Loved having a fridge and microwave for my personal use. The bathroom was mind-blowingly clean and spacious. The bed was ridiculously comfy, way better than most hotels. Location was a short walk from town, yet surprisingly peaceful. Also, there's a Sainsbury's just across the road. an amazing experience at a great price. Definitely coming back!

the hollies guest house in lincoln was even better than my last stay! the room was huge, clean, and well-decorated. the bed was super comfy and there was even a fridge and microwave. the location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet. couldn't fault a thing!
