The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfasts were fantastic, especially the scrambled eggs which were the best I've ever had. The room had a good supply of bath soaps and amenities, along with a great selection of teas and coffees. Plus, the biscuits provided each day were a delightful treat.

My stay at The Horse & Groom was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff who made me feel right at home. The location of the inn was beautiful, with a large car park and lovely garden areas to relax in. Despite the room being a bit small, it was cosy and comfortable, and the bathroom, although tight, was clean. I particularly enjoyed the Nespresso machine in the room. The breakfast provided was very good, although the choice was a bit limited. I highly recommend this charming inn.

The hotel that I stayed in during my city break was exceptional! the location was perfect as it was close to many shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. the atmosphere was lovely, with a great selection of meals and drinks available at the bar. I particularly enjoyed the cozy fire which added to the experience. the hotel was exceptionally clean and fresh, and everything looked brand new. the decor and lighting were spot on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

One thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the room. There were a few cobwebs around and a bit of dust on the coffee cups.

As longer term business travellers, we appreciated the lovely bar area and fantastic dinner at the restaurant. The staff made every effort to make us feel relaxed and welcome. Breakfast had a good selection for various diets.
