The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, especially the Eggs Royale. The hotel's location was also convenient for exploring different areas. Can't wait to visit again!

The restaurant offered delicious tapas dishes and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for exploring the Peak District.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The value for money was exceptional, with delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The attention to detail, such as the armchairs in the rooms and the choice of a Jacuzzi bath or walk-in shower, made our stay even more comfortable. The location, away from the noisier areas, was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The breakfast was also wonderful, with a wide variety of options to choose from. a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

My stay at The Horse & Jockey was incredible. The recently refurbished rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the restaurant offered delicious meals. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to local attractions and with plenty of parking available. The friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Despite a firm mattress, which didn't suit my personal preference, everything else about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel for its great value and wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at The Horse & Jockey for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and abundance of natural light. The spa bath was a luxurious touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day. We appreciated the availability of Netflix, in addition to regular TV stations. The provided bath robes and White Company cosmetics added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. the hotel's cleanliness, attentive staff, and delightful amenities made our experience truly memorable.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, which was great especially since I arrived late in the evening. the room was spacious and clean, and the furniture was of good quality, providing a comfortable environment. the location was peaceful and quiet, offering a relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

The issue with the bill, as I was initially overcharged. It would be wise to keep an eye on your bill to avoid any discrepancies.

The hotel had festive decorations everywhere which created a cozy atmosphere. the breakfast offered was freshly cooked and delicious, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. the location was perfect as it was close to all the local attractions and easy to find parking. the room was spacious and comfortable, which made me feel at home. I also enjoyed the pool table and big screen TVs in the public areas, which were a great way to socialize with other guests.

I did have one issue with the restaurant service. I had to wait quite a while for my order, and when it finally arrived, it was cold.
