our recent stay in knighton was even better than our previous one. horse & jockey inn surpassed our expectations with their lovely rooms, comfy beds, and welcoming staff. the restaurant was fully booked, but the helpful staff recommended great local places to eat. we'll definitely be back again!

Shower could have been hotter.

Super comfortable beds with beautiful cotton linen and a pretty and relaxing decor in the room. the staff were delightful and helpful, and the breakfasts were excellent. the meal we had at the restaurant was really good with a great choice of meals.

There was no parking available at the hotel, only a short-stay car park nearby. This was not suitable for us as we are elderly and couldn't walk far.

Stayed at a charming inn in Knighton and had a fantastic experience at Horse & Jockey. The staff, especially Chloe, were friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with a splash of color that complemented the old beams and stonework. The beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. The on-site restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere and the food was fabulous, with options like tender steak and fresh, light battered fish. The breakfast in the morning was also top-notch, served by a friendly and welcoming staff member. a great gem for couples or groups.

There was a lot of noise at night, especially if it was warm and people were drinking outside. the noise was right next to the rooms and made it difficult to sleep.

We got great value for our money at Horse & Jockey Inn. The room was nicely refurbished, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. The location was perfect for walking Offa's Dyke, and the staff treated us very well.

Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try the food at the hotel's restaurant, but the staff were very helpful in recommending local dining options. it was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be returning.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of town and central to all the shops. I loved being able to take an amazing walk along the river and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, from the rooms to the restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making me feel welcome.

We stayed in a room for three months at a lovely inn recently. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the shops. It was also ideal for taking a leisurely walk along the river. The staff were always available and willing to assist with anything we needed. The restaurant was quite pleasant, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning.

I had a fantastic stay in the heart of the village. The hotel staff made me feel really welcome in the bar and the food was delicious. The newly refurbished rooms were clean, comfortable, and dog-friendly. The bathroom was spacious and had an excellent shower and bath. I also loved the fact that my furry friend was allowed in the bar area during breakfast.

Great value for money with spacious and character-filled rooms that felt like sleeping on clouds. The location was excellent, conveniently close to the train station and a perfect starting point for the Offa's Dyke walk. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
