The coffee with a caffetiere in our room, selection of teas, and homemade biscuits were a lovely touch. Claire and her team were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay stress-free. The breakfast was wonderful and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. The location was perfect with beautiful views over the harbour. Short walks around the village and harbour, as well as longer rambles along the SW Coast Path, were easily accessible. We highly recommend this place!

the House On the Props Bed & Breakfast provided a cozy and comfortable room with magnificent views. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. the breakfasts served were delicious and there was a good variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the well-stocked supply of tea and coffee, as well as the homemade cookies as a delightful treat. the honesty fridge outside the room was a lovely touch and added to the overall charm of the property.

I had an amazing stay at this charming B&B in Polperro. the location couldn't be better as it's right in the center of the village with a fantastic view of the harbor from my room. the room itself was lovely, and I especially enjoyed the window seat where I could sit and watch the world go by while sipping tea. the owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast options were plentiful, with a wide selection of cooked dishes and a choice of proper coffees. it was a fantastic experience at House On the Props Bed & Breakfast.

The pillows weren't the best, but that's just personal preference and didn't impact on our sleep. the room was a bit cramped, but given the location and the fact that it's an old building, it's understandable.

Waking up to the best views over the harbor was truly a treat. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying, setting me up for a day of adventures.

The location of this hotel is stunning-tucked right into the heart of the harbor, with beautiful views and convenient for coastal walks. It's probably the best in the area, which was one of the top 2 locations we visited during our 3-day visit to Cornwall. The service provided by the staff at this hotel was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms at this hotel were comfortable and had great views. They were spacious and well kept, although a bit cramped in some areas, which is understandable for such an old building in this location. The breakfast at this hotel was fantastic. It was so well done and individually, freshly prepared that it ranks among the best B&B breakfasts I have ever had in England.

The location overlooking the harbor was superb, and the breakfast smelled and looked delicious. The rooms were comfortable and the evening meals were superb.
