I had a fantastic stay at the Hunting Lodge and I'm so glad I found this hidden gem. The room I stayed in, the Fagin room, was beautifully designed with traditional wood floors and a luxurious four-poster bed. It felt like I was staying in a royal palace. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The staff I encountered were all incredibly friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious, with generous portions. It was worth the small supplement for a cooked breakfast. The location of the hotel was also great, being close to transport routes while still maintaining a rural feel. I highly recommend this hotel for its rustic charm and the feeling of being treated like royalty.

I recently stayed at the Hunting Lodge for a weekend getaway. The manager was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food, although not the best I've had, was still enjoyable. The hotel is located in a beautiful rural area, with easy access to transportation routes. The themed rooms and old, cozy bedrooms added a lot of character to the building. The bar was relaxing, and the selection of drinks, especially the coffees, were the best I've ever tasted. Plus, the opulent grand double bed made my wife feel like a princess.

Tasteful decor, efficient staff, and little extras like water bottles in rooms. Individual room designs, powerful showers, and a great breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals, juice, coffee. Very friendly manager.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Plus, the complimentary bottles of water in the rooms were a nice touch.

There were some disappointing aspects of our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with dirty rugs and stained surfaces.
