We had a great stay in the heart of the city. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily walk to all the main attractions, such as the Royal Mile and the bustling Waverly station. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a lovely view of the street below. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and we enjoyed the variety of facilities offered, such as the extra pillows, iron, and ample power sockets in the room.

There was a minor inconvenience with the lift, as it did not go to every floor, requiring us to carry our heavy luggage up an extra flight of stairs.

Best aspects of my xmas stay were the recently refurbished and modern decor of the hotel. the room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the famous Edinburgh Castle.

Worst aspects of the hotel were the lack of air conditioning and the unusual layout of the hotel, with the reception located in the middle of the bar/breakfast area. It felt a bit odd checking in and leaving the hotel in this way.

I had a great stay at The Inn Place in Edinburgh! The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was spacious and had a fantastic double shower. The location was superb, just a short walk from the train station and the Royal Mile. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We also appreciated the fact that there were several good restaurants right opposite the hotel, making it easy for us to find places to eat. The hotel's proximity to the attractions in this city was a major advantage, allowing us to explore easily and return to our room whenever we wanted. the staff, facilities, cleanliness, and location made our stay at the hotel extremely enjoyable.

The hotel was so clean and warm, and we didn't hear any noise from the street. It was an ideal base for exploring this city.

Great location just off the royal mile and close to the train station. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

There was a lot of noise from the nearby alley at night, with the sound of metal trashcans being dragged down the stairs. the noise made it difficult to sleep and was quite bothersome.

This hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of the Royal Mile and an easy ride to/from the airport. Despite being close to a noisy alleyway, the location provides easy access to everything you'd want, making it an ideal place to stay during the Festival. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is lovely with many options to choose from. The large bathroom is a plus, with a separate walk-in shower and bathtub.

The bedding might be too warm and the lack of alternative options for those who prefer cooler sleeping conditions is a minor drawback.
