We had a delightful weekend at the Inn Place and will definitely be returning. The breakfast was delicious and served promptly. The hostess had thought of everything, even providing scissors at the table for sauce sachets. We were seated at a designated table, which made mornings easy. The service was impeccable and all of our needs were met, leaving us with a smile. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including cookies and biscuits to enjoy with our tea. The breakfast room was inviting and the tablecloths were clean and pressed. a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to others.

This hotel is great value for money! It is located in a quiet area, incredibly close to the sea front. The staff are friendly and provide little homely touches in the rooms, like a small sofa to sit on. The breakfast options are varied and even cater to vegetarians with good quality ingredients.

stayed here in Skegness before, but this time the Inn Place exceeded my expectations! Friendly staff, immaculately clean rooms with thoughtful amenities. Beautiful decor throughout and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend this gem of a place!
