Stayed at the James Suites and had an incredible experience. the apartment was immaculate, with modern decor and comfortable beds. the staff, especially Cameron, were exceptional and made our stay stress-free. the location was perfect, with pubs and eateries just a short walk away. the well-equipped kitchen and amenities, like drinking water and coffee, were a nice touch. the apartment felt safe, secure, clean, tidy, and stylish. We even received a discount voucher for a nearby bistro cafe that served an excellent breakfast. cannot fault this place at all!

We had a fantastic stay at The James Suites! We arrived early due to bad weather and they kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time. The studio was spacious with stunning design, and they even provided water bottles upon arrival. The staff went above and beyond by leaving umbrellas for us at the front door. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, pubs, and restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including dinnerware, cleaning supplies, tea/coffee, and snacks. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. a wonderful experience!

Stayed at these modern apartments near the city centre and I absolutely loved it! the beds were incredibly comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. the shower was powerful and rejuvenating, and the well equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. the best part was the easy access codes, which allowed my family members to come and go as they pleased. the location was perfect, with easy street parking and excellent security. the apartment itself was clean, modern, and tidy, providing great value for money. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of restaurants and pubs. a fantastic stay!

The heating system was excellent, the beds were comfy, and the spacious room had an amazing big TV with Netflix. It was the perfect hub for tourists, allowing us to come and go without any issues. Paul was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially during stressful situations. The apartment was spotless and the layout and finish were to a great standard. We were pleasantly surprised to find milk, nappy bags, wipes, and a cot waiting for us. The owner clearly takes pride in ensuring their guests have everything they need.
